Title: Just made this one...
Post by: scottydawg on February 14, 2017, 06:47:27 pm
Knifekits.com supersquirt 2.0
I assembled it, converted it to auto and fabricated the handle scales from a piece of walnut I had lying around. I have about $70 into it buying tools and everything.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170215/60c2251ec447075673e2589e9517d07e.jpg)

Nice! What did you have to do to convert it?

Any treatment to the walnut? I'm digging the color.

Thanks. I just had to drill a hole in the blade (3/64) and put a coil spring in. No treatment on the walnut yet. I ave some rams horn that I will ultimately use but this was a first for me so I didn't want to ruin my only piece of rams horn.

Thanks. I may go and do that, but honetsly, it may be a little anticlimactic. :) It wasn't hard at all.
